Targets are per salesperson per month, as set on the workbook's Lists & Targets sheet; with the whole team selected they are multiplied by the number of people logging activity. Quotations counts activities logged as Quotation Issued, follow-ups counts Quotation Follow-Up and Follow up Email, and visits / meetings counts site visits and customer or supplier Teams meetings.

Administration

Who can sign in, what they are allowed to do, and the company-wide settings the forecast pages read.

Users accounts that can sign in to the CRM

Roles. Admin — everything, including users and settings. Manager — sees and edits every record and can set targets, but no user admin. Sales — edits records where they are the named Lead. Viewer — read only, which is what the management team needs for the weekly pack. Which sections each role can open is set below.

Permissions which sections each role can open

Tick a box to give that role the section; clear it and the section disappears from their menu altogether. The change applies to everyone on that role at once. Admin is fixed at everything — if it could be reduced, the last administrator could lock the whole company out of this page.

Company settings shared by everyone — these drive the forecast pages

The register's Order Week column was produced by Excel's WEEKNUM(date,1), which runs Sunday to Saturday — that is what 202633 means on the Order Source tab. Leave it on Sunday if you want the Order Week page to tie back to the old pivot exactly.

Data housekeeping and first-time loading

Load the register takes the copy of the register that ships with this site and writes it into the shared database. Do it once, on a fresh database — it is permanent, and from then on everybody on the team sees the same data. Nothing is uploaded from your machine and nothing is published anywhere.

How to use this tool

Every section, what it is for, and what each control does. Every page also has its own ? How to use button at the top with the short version.

The one rule worth remembering

Everything in this tool is worked out from Enquiries & Jobs the moment you open a page. Nothing is typed in twice. If a figure looks wrong on the forecast, the scoreboard or the weekly report, the fix is always the same: open the S number in Enquiries & Jobs, correct it there, and every other page follows.
